When you create a CanadaPath account, we collect your email address, name, and the information you voluntarily provide to calculate your Canada Immigration Score™ (age, education, languages, experience, etc.).

2. How we use data

• To calculate your score and your immigration recommendations.
• To send notifications related to your file (if you consented).
• To improve the quality of our service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share with our technical subprocessors (hosting, authentication, payments) under confidentiality agreement.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from the Settings page, or by writing to us at lakaynetwork@gmail.com.

5. Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
